All guests must be registered in advance by providing full name, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration), and an official photo ID. Facial registration is carried out at the time of check-in. It is essential to inform the entry and exit dates in advance. In case of a change in the check-out date, the reception must be notified immediately.
• Parties, events, or any kind of loud sound are not allowed. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 p.m. onwards to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests. Failure to comply may result in warnings and other measures established by the condominium.
• For everyone's safety, glasses, bottles, or any glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. Failure to follow this rule may result in fines imposed by the condominium.
