PROPERTY RULES

1. we remind you that your reservation is for a holiday apartment.

2. Check-in time after 2pm and check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, please check with our team.

3. We don't have room service and we don't serve any kind of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with third-party recommendations.

4. We do not provide daily cleaning. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

5. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to booking). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

6. The condominium has a rotating parking lot.

7. Parties are not allowed in the property.

8. Respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Subject to a fine - R$1,500.00 set by the regulatory body.

9. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN.

10. Pets are allowed, subject to authorization from our staff.

11. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00.

12. The maximum capacity of the property is 04 guests (including children)

- Children from 0 to 11 years old

- Adults aged 12 and over

- It is not possible to include surplus guests.

13. We use electronic locks to access the property. Details are sent on the day of check-in.

14. The property does not have a barbecue, but it does have an Airfyer.

15. Gas is supplied by the property.

16. Water, toilet paper, detergent and loofah are only provided at check-in.

17. The condominium does not have an elevator.

18. It is not allowed to put clothes out on the balcony and window rails, subject to a fine of R$ 600.00.

19. It is not permitted to decorate balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 600.00.

CAPACITY OF PEOPLE

The maximum capacity is 04 people and there can be no additional guests.

Suite 1: 1 queen double bed + air conditioning

Bedroom: 1 standard double bed + air conditioning

PARTIES PROHIBITED

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get-togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the management company may carry out an inspection without prior notice, ask you to leave the property and consider it a breach of contract without refunding the amount paid;

FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

* Security Deposit - Damages/Breakage of Rules - R$ 0.00

- Refund of security deposit up to 72 hours after check-out.

* Cleaning Fee - R$ 200,00

- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed (bed and bath). We ask that you leave the property in a similar condition.

* Energy Consumption - Use sparingly

Energy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscientious consumption, which is why we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So, whenever you leave your home, check it.

INFORMATION ABOUT PETS

Your pet is accepted in this property as long as it is trained and has a calm demeanor. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our pet-friendly units. Here are some conditions: small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed if confirmed by our staff. Large animals are not allowed, i.e. those over 25 kilos and also the Pitbull breed regardless of size.

ATTENTION: No visitors allowed, only the maximum guest capacity.

ATTENTION 2: No guest changes are allowed during the stay. Only the people registered at check-in may remain in the property.
