Beach Class Meireles combines comfort, modernity, and a prime location in the heart of Fortaleza. Just a few meters from Beira-Mar, the building offers a pool and gym with sea views, coworking space, gourmet area, and mini market. The 26m² studio is new, stylishly decorated in a clean design, and accommodates up to 3 guests, featuring a full kitchen, balcony with city view, and all amenities for a practical and pleasant stay.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dishcloths and floor cloths. If you wish, the linen set can be replaced for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the ad may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

- The building is new and some neighboring units are still being finished. There may be construction noise during business hours, but this is temporary and common in newly delivered buildings. Thank you for your understanding!

NOTICE

Starting from 11/03/2026, the installation of the equipment needed for the cleaning of the building façades will take place, with access through the rooftop of the property. Services will continue until 12/04/2026, including subsequent dismantling of equipment and any necessary adjustments.

- Please note that on December 31st, the rooftop, gym, and pool will be open until 4 p.m., resuming activities on January 1st from 9 a.m. onward.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in and check-out and one parking space per apartment. To send access instructions, guests must inform the time of arrival and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance.
