• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bed linens will not be changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
• Included cleaning is only performed at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the building and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site parking (no reserved spaces and no possibility of reservation). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
