Designed for comfort and convenience, the 48 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a sea view. It features a living room with a sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, balcony with safety screen, two bedrooms including a suite, equipped kitchen, social bathroom, and Wi-Fi. Mirante Residence offers a pool, rooftop, gym, sports court, playground, playroom, pet area, minimarket, parking, and 24-hour reception.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests require extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay on the property, with no rotation or replacement allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the building and neighborhood, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or with less than 72 hours' notice, the information must be submitted immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
