All guests must be registered in advance by providing their full name, identification number, and an official photo ID. Facial registration is done at check-in. It is essential to inform the entry and exit dates in advance. In case of any change in the departure date, the reception must be notified immediately.
• Parties, events, or any type of loud noise are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. and must be respected to ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being. Failure to comply may result in warnings and other measures established by the condominium.
