The RoofTop 470 building offers an excellent structure with swimming pool, 24-hour reception, elevator, air conditioning, laundry, dryer, rotating parking and ample leisure space for you to enjoy your best season at the beach. All this with easy access to the main roads and in a great location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
72 hours before check-in, guests must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). They will then be sent access instructions, such as passwords for the doors and/or parking space information (if available).

Boa Viagem Beach is one of Brazil's most famous urban beaches and a must-see destination for anyone visiting Recife. Approximately 7 km long, it stands out for its convenience and for being home to the best restaurants in the capital. The waterfront has a high-quality infrastructure that combines natural beauty with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for walks and strolls. There is also a wide variety of bars and kiosks on the seafront that allow visitors to enjoy the regional cuisine. At low tide, natural pools are formed, protected by reefs. The beach has lifeguard posts all along the shore and signposted areas for bathers.
In Boa Viagem there are several options for getting around, some of which include: walking, cycling, private cabs, Uber and cars using apps and urban transportation.

• It is necessary to send all guests' names, social security numbers and license plate numbers in advance, so that they can be authorized to enter the premises.
