Located beachfront in Salvador and near the Convention Center, this studio brings convenience and style to one of the city’s most strategic areas. The building is new and very modern, featuring contemporary architecture and an amazing rooftop pool perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The studio accommodates up to 3 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi for a comfortable and independent stay.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation.
• Bed linens will not be changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, you can request a linen change in advance for an additional fee.
• The included cleaning service is provided only at check-out. If guests require extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing can stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the building and the neighborhood, as well as for any fines issued during the reservation period.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable for use. It will be available again on Tuesday.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
