• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests wish for extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing can stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the building and neighborhood, as well as for any fines issued during the booking period.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and tax identification number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or with less than 72 hours’ notice, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
