Unity #325 - Comfort in Cabo Branco by Carpediem

The 44 m² apartment at Unity accommodates up to two (2) guests comfortably and has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, balcony and an equipped kitchenette to complete your experience. The property also has beach chairs, ensuring even more comfort for your days by the sea. Enjoy Cabo Branco beach in a practical, cozy apartment designed just for you.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

The Unity Building offers an excellent modern structure by the seaside, featuring a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, elevator, laundry facilities, and a spacious leisure area for you to enjoy your best beach season. All this comes with easy access to main roads and a great location for reaching downtown, bars, and restaurants in the city.

There are additional services that can be hired at the reception, such as:

72 hours before check-in, guests must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). They will then be sent access instructions, such as passwords for the doors and/or parking space information (if available).
