Spacious 600 m² mansion at Graçandu Beach, perfect for groups and families, comfortably accommodating up to 21 guests. The property offers large social areas, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and complete amenities for relaxing and leisure by the sea. Enjoy a comfortable, practical stay with plenty of space at one of the most peaceful beaches on the coast.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

The house offers a spacious outdoor area with parking, private pool, barbecue, garden with sea views, wood-burning oven, games room, veranda, sports facilities and ample leisure space for you to enjoy your best season at the beach. All this with easy access to the main roads and in a good location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.

However, it is worth noting that there are additional extra fees, such as:

• The house includes night security on the corner of the street, shared with the neighboring house;

• Security deposit fee: R$ 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours BEFORE Check-in, via bank transfer;

• Energy fee: R$200,00 per day in energy consumed in the unit. Energy consumed during the stay is charged outside the total amount of the reservation.

72 hours before check-in, guests must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). Access instructions will then be sent, such as passwords for the doors and/or parking space information (if available).
