Integrated studio at Unity Building, oceanfront in João Pessoa, ideal for up to 4 guests. It features a double bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, a desk for laptop use and a dining table, plus a kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave. Bathroom with glass shower and mirror. Building amenities: pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, elevator, and leisure area. Extra services at reception (check rates).

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• There is no bed linen change during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is only carried out at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the building and neighborhood, as well as for any fines issued during the reservation.

Note: The building next door is under construction, so there may be noise and activity during business hours.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site parking (no reserved spaces and no possibility of reservation). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
