The 23 m² studio is located on the first floor and features a well-designed space to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. • Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation, upon prior request.
• There is no change of bed linens during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, you can request a linen change for an extra fee, and this request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• No visitors are allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
