Located on the seafront of Bessa Beach, Beach Haus is a modern, newly built development with a rooftop pool overlooking the sea, gym, coworking space, gourmet area, and 24-hour reception. The studio accommodates up to 4 guests in a cozy space with a queen bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a full kitchen. It also features a pleasant private terrace equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining, combining comfort, convenience, and a great location.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is only done at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
