The condo features leisure facilities including a pool, gym, restaurant, and social areas. The studio offers a double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, dining table, and a pleasant balcony, providing convenience and comfort for relaxing days by the sea.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Kitchen: Compact and practical, equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, sink, countertop, and cabinets, along with basic utensils for preparing quick meals.
• Bathroom: Equipped with a glass shower, mirror, and cabinet.
• Balcony: A pleasant space overlooking the condominium, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Muro Alto breeze.
• Additional comfort: The studio offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning, comfortably accommodating up to four guests between the double bed and the sofa bed.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, streamlined check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and reservations are not possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full names and identification numbers (CPF) of all accompanying guests at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or within 72 hours prior, this information must be sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.
