Located at Ancorar Flat Resort, by the seafront in Porto de Galinhas and about 3 km from the village center, this 44 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The space features a bedroom, air-conditioned living room, equipped kitchen with dining counter, bathroom, and balcony with hammock and views of the pool and gardens. The property offers a wide range of leisure facilities, resort-style pool, direct beach access, sports courts, gym, kids' area, and 24-hour security.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after reservation confirmation.
