• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation – prior request is required;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dishcloth and a floor cloth. If desired, replacement of the linen can be requested for an extra fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and change of linen).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condo and the neighborhood, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
