Relax in this modern 30.77m² apartment, ideal for up to 3 guests. With high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, balcony and kitchenette, you have everything you need to enjoy Armação Beach in comfort and practicality.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning included is only carried out at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not permitted. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain on the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.

• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation period.

• The pool at Art Studio undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and will be temporarily unavailable for use. Access is restored on Tuesday.

• Integrated studio: Modern space that accommodates up to 3 guests, with 1 double bed and 1 auxiliary single bed. Features a smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and intercom. Includes a table with a chair for meals or laptop use and a spacious wardrobe with hangers, ensuring convenience and organization.
• Kitchen – Equipped with a cooktop, frost-free duplex refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, sink, cabinets, as well as pots, dishes, and utensils, ideal for preparing practical meals during your stay.
• Bathroom – Private, with a glass shower box, mirror, and cabinet, functional and well-organized.

# Important notice: Due to construction work in the building, balconies of some units will be temporarily closed on weekdays. The protective tarps are removed on weekends and replaced on Mondays.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
