• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;

• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and this request must be made in advance.

• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the advertisement may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines issued during the reservation.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and will be temporarily unavailable for use. It will be open for use again on Tuesday.

In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
