Beach Haus - Seaside at Bessa

Located on the seafront of Bessa Beach, Beach Haus is a modern, newly built property with a rooftop pool overlooking the sea, gym, coworking space, gourmet area, and 24-hour reception. The studio accommodates up to 4 guests in a cozy space with a queen bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also features a pleasant private terrace for relaxing and outdoor meals, combining comfort, convenience, and an excellent location.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - prior request required;
• There is no replacement of bed linens during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a kitchen towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain on the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines incurred during the reservation period.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, streamlined check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no reservation option). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and companion details (full name and ID number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.
