• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

Beach Haus is a newly built development on the seafront of Bessa Beach in João Pessoa. The building has modern, sophisticated architecture, 24-hour reception and extremely well-designed common areas for your day-to-day life with us. During your stay you can enjoy the rooftop swimming pool and keep up with your workouts in our fully-equipped gym. If you need to work, you can count on a complete coworking space with Wi-Fi throughout the common area. The building also has a shared laundry room and a playroom.

The 23 m² studio is on the second floor and has well-designed space to accommodate up to four (4) guests comfortably. The accommodation offers unparalleled comfort and convenience, including easy access to all common areas and Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and an equipped kitchenette to complete your experience. - The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
