Located on the seafront of Bessa Beach, Beach Haus is a modern, newly built development with a rooftop pool overlooking the sea, gym, coworking space, and 24-hour reception. The studio accommodates up to 3 guests with a queen bed and a sofa bed, plus Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. A practical and cozy option to enjoy João Pessoa with comfort and an excellent location.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests wish for extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay on the premises, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and reservations are not possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of any companions (full name and identification number) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.
