• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel for the bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning service is only conducted at check-out. If guests require additional cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• Living room integrated with a compact kitchen, equipped with a Smart TV, sofa, Wi-Fi access, blackout curtains, and a cozy environment for relaxation, entertainment, or remote work. The kitchen has a dining table with 5 chairs, double-door refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop, blender, toaster, and essential utensils for preparing quick and easy meals during your stay.

72 hours before check-in, guests must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). They will then be sent access instructions, such as passwords for the doors and/or parking space information (if available).
