Breeze Residence #413 Beach Access by Carpediem

Located on the seafront of Bessa Beach, in one of the most peaceful and valued areas of João Pessoa, Breeze Residence offers direct access to the beach and is close to various services, bars, and restaurants. The condominium features a rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, and 24-hour reception. The studio accommodates up to 2 people, with a double bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, and private bathroom.

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is only performed at check-out. If guests wish extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (which includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing can stay in the property, with no rotation or replacement of guests allowed during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the building and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

• The building features a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no reservation available). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and companion details (full name and ID number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.
