On the rooftop, a gourmet area with sink and table for special outdoor moments in privacy.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

ATTENTION: The parking spot is fixed and exclusive for each unit. Therefore, the registered vehicle must be parked only in the spot assigned to the rented unit. Respecting the designated spot is a rule that ensures organization and the proper use of the parking area.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and CPF). After submitting this information, access instructions will be sent, including door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
