Newly built building with a 24-hour front desk, rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, and storage area. The studio accommodates up to 2 guests (double bed), is modern and well lit, and features an equipped compact kitchen, table for meals or laptop use, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dishcloths and floor cloths. If you wish, the linen set can be replaced for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the ad may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

• Integrated studio with ocean view: a modern, air-conditioned, well-lit space designed to provide convenience and comfort during your stay. The space accommodates up to 2 guests in a double bed and features clean décor, custom cabinetry, iron, air conditioning, blackout curtains, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. There is also a clothes rack with hangers, making it easy to store clothing and personal belongings.
• Compact equipped kitchen: includes a cooktop, minibar, blender, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dining tables, countertop, cabinets, and basic utensils for preparing everyday meals.
• Private bathroom: equipped with a glass shower enclosure, bidet shower, mirror, and support cabinet.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
