APARTMENT RULES

1. Please note that your reservation is for a seasonal apartment.

2. Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Outside these times, please check the conditions with our team.

3. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help you with third-party recommendations.

4. We do not provide daily cleaning. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices are available upon request.

5. Bed linen and towels are available for guests (quantity as per reservation). We do not change bed linen/towels. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices are available upon request.

6. The property has 02 (TWO) numbered parking spaces.

7. PARTIES are not permitted in the property or in the condominium.

8. Respect the SILENCE hours from 10pm to 8am, and loud music is not allowed during the day. Subject to a fine by the condominium.

9. VISITORS are not allowed.

10. Pets are allowed.

11. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine of R$1,000.00.

12. The maximum capacity of the property is 5 guests (including children)

- Children from 0 to 11 years old

- Adults from 12 years old

13. PHOTO SHOOT with a professional camera is not allowed inside the condominium.

14. Gas is provided by the property.

15. Water, toilet paper, detergent and sponge are provided only at check-in.

16. The condominium has an elevator.

17. The condominium does not have a restaurant.

18. It has a washing machine.

19. The areas for events, such as the party room, restaurant space and the like, are for the exclusive use of the owners and cannot be made available to tenants.

20. It is not permitted to hang clothes on the railings of the balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$500.00.

21. It is not permitted to decorate the balconies and windows, nor to move furniture from the area, subject to a fine of R$500.00.

22. The maximum speed for vehicles within the condominium is 20 km/h, subject to a fine of R$500.00.

23. The property does not have a barbecue, but it does have an air fryer.

24. We use an electronic lock to access the property. The password is sent close to check-in time.

Suite 2: queen bed + raised single bunk bed + air conditioning

USE OF COMMON AREAS - Included in your stay:

- Gym.

- Swimming pool.

- Access to the beach through the condominium.

- Tennis and multi-sports court.

- Games room.

- Children's playground.

- Soccer field.

- 24-hour mini market.

- Wet bar and restaurant from Friday to Sunday and *holidays.

*depending on low and high season

- 24-hour security and access control.

Permitted upon reservation and payment of fee*:

- Sauna.

- Massage.

* The fee amount will be the one in effect at the time. Consult local administration.

CAPACITY OF PEOPLE

The maximum capacity is 5 people, and there is no possibility of additional people.

USE OF THE POOL

The use of glass bottles and cups is prohibited in the entire pool area; the use of disposable ones is recommended;

PARTY IS PROHIBITED

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, gatherings, birthdays or any other type of event be permitted. The administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the departure of the property and consider it a breach of contract without refund of the amount paid;

FEES AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

* Security Deposit - Damages/Breach of Rules -

- Deposit refund up to 72 hours after check-out.

* Cleaning Fee

- The fee is charged to return the property clean, organized and with washed linens (bed and bath). We ask that the property be returned in similar conditions upon departure.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION - Use in moderation

Energy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscious consumption, so we ask guests to only use the air conditioning if they are in the room and if it is really necessary to use it. So, whenever you leave your home, check it.

INFORMATION ABOUT PETS

Small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed upon confirmation by our team. Large animals, that is, those over 25 kilos and Pitbulls are not allowed, regardless of size.

CHECK-IN GUIDELINES

*PARKING SPACE

The property has 02 (two) parking spaces

*DOORMAN/CONDOMINIUM ACCESS

The doorman is open 24 hours a day. You must present your ID to gain access. You must wear an identification bracelet provided by the condominium, as well as the TAG placed on your car.

If the item is not returned at check-out, a fine of R$30 will be applied.

We use an electronic lock to access the property. The password will be sent close to check-in time.

INSPECTION

The property will be inspected by our operational team at both check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory may be requested from our team at any time after check-in. We recommend that guests review the inspection/inventory to avoid any disagreements.

CHECK-OUT PENALTIES AND GUIDELINES

- Failure to take out the trash: R$50 per trash can.

- Leaving the air conditioning on: R$60 per appliance.

- Leaving the barbecue on: R$200.

- Smoking inside the apartment: R$200.

- Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry/put them away): R$80

- If you have wet linens/towels, leave them out.

We kindly ask that you do not take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and linens.

NOTE: A fine or a deposit will be withheld if the property is returned in unfavorable conditions.

Did you break or lose something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We can certainly resolve this incident, we just ask that you contact us in these cases. This way, we can inform you about specific fees and procedures.

ATTENTION: No visitors allowed, only the maximum guest capacity.

ATTENTION 2: No guest changes are allowed during the stay. Only the people registered at check-in may remain in the property.
