At Beach Haus, a newly built beachfront property at Bessa Beach (João Pessoa), this studio for up to 4 guests offers comfort and a great location: queen bed + double sofa bed, air conditioning, and Smart TV. The highlight is the spacious private terrace with a non-heated hot tub and a relaxing area. The building features a rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, optional breakfast service, and 24-hour reception.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site parking (no reserved spaces and no possibility of reservation). If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
