Studio at Breeze Residence, a beachfront condominium on Bessa Beach in João Pessoa. Modern building with a 24-hour front desk, rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, and storage area. Accommodates up to 3 guests (queen-size bed + auxiliary bed), with air conditioning, TV, blackout curtains, a table for meals or laptop use, an equipped kitchen, and an accessible bathroom with glass shower.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dishcloths and floor cloths. If you wish, the linen set can be replaced for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the ad may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

• Studio with integrated spaces: a cozy and well-lit environment with a queen-size bed and one auxiliary single bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. It features air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, full-length mirror, bedside table with power outlet next to the bed, blackout curtains, intercom, and a table with chair, ideal for meals or laptop use.

• Compact and equipped kitchen: functional for everyday use, with cabinets, stove, minibar fridge, microwave, blender, coffee machine, and basic items for meal preparation.

• Private bathroom: organized and functional, with glass shower enclosure, mirror, accessibility grab bar, bidet spray, and hair dryer, ensuring comfort and practicality during your stay.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
