• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The bedding set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests require extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condo and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
