Features a private balcony, double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and equipped kitchen. The condo offers pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, game room, coworking space, children's playground, panoramic terrace, parking, and 24-hour reception for comfort, leisure, and convenience for the whole family.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Equipped kitchen: Designed for convenience during your stay, it includes cabinets, a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, as well as pots, dishes, and cutlery, allowing you to prepare meals comfortably.
• Bathroom: Functional and well laid out, it features a cabinet, mirror, and glass shower enclosure, providing more convenience during your stay.
• Ground floor balcony: Private space with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying the view of the condominium’s leisure area, or starting your day with breakfast in a pleasant setting.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spots and reservations are not possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full name and identification number of all accompanying guests at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
