Enjoy a special seaside stay at Golden Flat in a comfortable 42 m² flat with a beautiful sea view, ideal for up to 2 guests. The flat features a sea view, living room with sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, equipped kitchen, and a suite with queen bed, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. The building offers a pool with beach view, gym, laundry, and a mini market.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

To receive access instructions, it is necessary to provide the arrival time and the companions' details (full name and ID number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be provided immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
