At Beach Haus, this spacious studio accommodates up to 4 guests (queen-size bed + sofa bed) and features a private balcony with table, air conditioning, Smart TV, blackout curtains, reading light, and a counter for meals or laptop use. The equipped kitchen includes cooktop, minibar, microwave, and coffee machine, plus utensils. Bathroom with glass shower, mirror, and cabinet. Building amenities include a rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, and 24-hour front desk.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dishcloths and floor cloths. If you wish, the linen set can be replaced for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the ad may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
