Studio at Breeze Residence, a beachfront condominium on Bessa Beach in João Pessoa. Modern, newly built building with a 24-hour front desk, rooftop pool, gym, coworking space, laundry, and storage area. The studio accommodates up to 2 guests in a queen-size bed and features a private ground-floor terrace, cozy décor, air conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a compact kitchen equipped with a cooktop, minibar fridge, microwave, coffee machine, blender, and water purifier.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;

• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dishcloths and floor cloths. If you wish, the linen set can be replaced for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the ad may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

• Closet/storage: located in front of the bathroom, the studio features a wardrobe with hanging rail and hangers, in a closet-style layout.

• Compact and functional kitchen: equipped with a cooktop, microwave, minibar fridge, blender, coffee machine, and water purifier, plus the cabinet countertop for support when preparing quick meals and snacks.

• Private bathroom: with glass shower enclosure and hair dryer, offering convenience and comfort.

• Private outdoor area: ground-floor terrace with a pleasant open space, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the coastal atmosphere.

• Capacity: comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
