Just steps from Tambaú Beach, this 28m² studio accommodates up to 3 guests (queen bed + single auxiliary bed) and offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, cabinets, a bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. In the building, enjoy a rooftop with a pool, ocean views and a terrace/sundeck, plus a gym, social areas, front desk, shared laundry, elevator, express check-in/check-out, and rotating parking.

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests require extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without the possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

NOTE: The Way Tambaú condominium charges additional fees for the use of some common areas and items, including:

- Barbecue area: R$ 50.00
- Gourmet area: R$ 80.00
- Set of beach chairs + beach umbrella: R$ 15.00
- Bicycle: R$ 10.00 per hour

• The building features a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and rotating on-site parking (no designated spaces and no reservation possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
