The 25 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests comfortably, offering a queen-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, workspace, blackout curtains, equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and city view. Max Derby Building features a rooftop pool, sauna, gym, business center, elevator, rotating parking, 24-hour reception, and a strategic location in Recife, close to downtown, bars, restaurants, and services.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linen will not be changed during your stay. The linens include one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have the linens changed, you may request it with an additional fee and advance notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution during the stay.
