APARTMENT RULES

1. We remind you that your reservation is for a vacation apartment.

2. Documentation required to register with Carpediem Homes:

a) Responsible for the reservation (Photo or Copy)

- RG or functional class ID + CPF or just CNH Driver's License

- Updated proof of residence

- Phone, E-mail and Profession

b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)

- RG or functional class identity or CNH Driver's License

- Accompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport

- Unaccompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport + Parental Authorization (request model form)

c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)

- DNI / RUT / Passport

- Address, Phone, E-mail and Profession

3. Check-in time after 2 pm and Check-out before 10 am. Outside these hours, consult conditions with our team.

4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the indication of third parties.

5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.

6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (amount according to the reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.

7. Property has 01 (ONE) parking space.

8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.

9. Respect the quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Subject to a fine - BRL 10,000.00 established by the regulatory body/condominium rules.

10. VISITORS ENTRY is not allowed.

11. Pets are allowed.

12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - BRL 1,000.00.

13. The maximum capacity of the property is 04 guests (including children)

- Children from 0 to 11 years old

- Adults from 12 years old

14. Property DOES NOT have a barbecue.

15. The property is opened using an electronic lock. The password is sent by our team close to check-in time.

16. Gas is provided by the property.

18. Condominium has an elevator.

19. VG Sun has a restaurant;

20. Does not have a washing machine.

21. The areas for events, such as the Ballroom and other spaces, are for the exclusive use of the owners, and cannot be made available to tenants. Consult details with our team.

22. It is not allowed to put clothes on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00

23. It is not allowed to adorn (decorate) balconies and windows, nor to move furniture from the place, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00

24. The maximum speed of movement in vehicles within the condominium is 20KM/h, subject to a fine of BRL 500.00

HOURS OF COMMON AREAS

- Pool - Every day from 8 am to 8 pm

- Gym - Order of arrival, according to occupancy rules from 8am - 10pm

- Sauna - Order of arrival, according to occupancy rules 8am- 10pm

PEOPLE CAPACITY

Maximum capacity is 04 people. Surpluses are not allowed under any circumstances.

Suite: 1 queen bed + air conditioning

Living room: double sofa bed + fan

PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, gatherings, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the departure of the property and consider breach of contract without refunding the amount. paid out;

FEES AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

* Security Deposit - Malfunctions/Breaking of Rules - R$ 0.00

- Deposit refund, if any, is up to 72 hours after check-out.

* Cleaning Fee - R$ 180,00

- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed trousseau (bed and bath). Upon departure, we request that the delivery of the property be made under similar conditions.

PET INFORMATION

We know that pets are part of the family. not all of our

apartments are prepared for pets, in which case the local condominium does not

allow under any circumstances. But it will be a pleasure to receive you in our

pet-friendly units.

Property has 01 (one) numbered parking space.

*GATEWAY/CONDOMINIUM ACCESS

The concierge is 24H. Our team sends the necessary information to the concierge. In this way, it is necessary to present the identity to grant access.

Wear identification wristband that is provided by the resort.

SURVEY

The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory so that there are no disagreements.

CHECK OUT PENALTIES AND GUIDELINES

LET'S USE COMMON SENSE!

- Failure to take out the trash: R$ 50 per trash can.

- Leave the air conditioning on: R$ 60 per device.

- Leave the barbecue on: R$ 200.

- Smoking inside the apartment: R$200.

- Leave dishes in the sink (no need to dry/store): BRL 80

- If you have a wet trousseau/towel, leave it out.

NOTE: A fine or withholding of the security deposit will be applied if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
