Residencial Laris - Loft for four by Carpediem

The loft at Residencial Laris is 15 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a living room with sofa bed, reading light, table with chairs, and closet. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, dishes, and utensils. The mezzanine has a bed and Smart TV. The unit includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, portable fan, iron, hairdryer, and a full bathroom.

• Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Early arrival or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation, upon prior request.
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have the linens changed, this can be requested in advance and will incur an additional fee.
• Included cleaning is only carried out at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional fee (including cleaning and change of linens).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the description may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the building and neighborhood, being responsible for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• On the upper level of the loft, there is a resting area with a bed and a Smart TV, providing a more private and comfortable environment for relaxing or enjoying leisure moments.
• For added convenience, the unit offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a portable fan, allowing guests to adjust the climate according to their preferences. An iron and a hairdryer are also available.
• The bathroom is fully equipped, providing a functional structure to meet the needs of guests during their stay. The loft combines practicality, comfort, and good space distribution, making it ideal for couples or up to 2 people seeking a compact and well-equipped accommodation.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and tax identification number). After submitting this information, access instructions will be sent, including door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
