The studio accommodates up to 2 guests, featuring a double bed, comfortable space, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and equipped kitchen. • Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - prior request required;
• There is no change of bed linens during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is only provided at check-out. If the guest wishes to have extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay on the property, with no rotation or replacement allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.
