• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you wish to replace the linen, this can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• The building offers a 24-hour reception, simplified check-in and check-out, as well as rotating on-site parking (no fixed spot and no reservation available). To receive access instructions, it is necessary to provide arrival time and the accompanying guests' information (full name and ID number) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
