• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you wish to have the linen changed, this can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Included cleaning occurs only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay at the property, with no rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood and are responsible for any fines incurred during the reservation.
