• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a kitchen towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Cleaning included occurs only at check-out. If the guest wishes an extra cleaning during the stay, an additional fee will apply, which includes cleaning and a linen change.
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the building and the neighborhood, as well as for any fines that may be issued during the reservation.
