• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - prior request required;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen package includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request should be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing are permitted to stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines applied during the reservation.
