Stay at Azimut, a new high-standard development by the sea in Intermares, Cabedelo. The studio accommodates up to 4 guests and features a queen bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, and private balcony with jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The condo offers direct beach access, pools, rooftop, gym, Wine Bar, and coworking, for a complete experience of comfort, leisure, and exclusivity on the Paraíba coast.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is only performed at check-out. If the guest requires additional cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain on the property, with no option for rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.
