The studio features a double bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full kitchen, and a bathroom with hot water, offering comfort and convenience. The building offers a pool, hot tub, gym, coworking space, kids playroom, playground, game room, sports court, pet area, parking, 24-hour security, and an excellent location, close to the beach and main services.

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• We do not provide linen changes during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you would like a linen change, it is available for an additional fee and advance notice.
• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If you require extra cleaning during the stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood and are responsible for any fines incurred during the reservation.
