Clóvis Arrais Maia, it is close to popular beach bars, restaurants, and Fortaleza’s main attractions, offering comfort, convenience, and an excellent location.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen provided includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible upon prior notice and additional fee.
• The included cleaning is only performed at check-out. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay on the property, with no rotation or substitution during the stay.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
