Just steps from Tambaú Beach, this charming 28 m² studio at Way Tambaú comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests (queen bed + extra bed). The space offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen for a practical and cozy stay. The building features a pool, gym, 24-hour reception, and a rooftop with a sea view, perfect for relaxing after a day by the shore. Excellent location to enjoy beaches, markets, bars, restaurants, and João Pessoa's main attractions.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Bathroom: includes a mirror, glass shower enclosure, hot water, hairdryer, mirror, towels, and essential hygiene items for greater convenience.
• Organization and practicality: wardrobe/closet, hangers, and everything planned to keep the studio functional throughout your stay.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site parking (no reserved spaces and no possibility of reservation). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
