The building offers direct beach access, pool, gym, furnished outdoor areas, bike rental, shared laundry, elevator, and rotating parking in one of João Pessoa's best areas.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early entry or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• We do not provide linen changes during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you would like a linen change, it can be requested for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• The included cleaning is only done at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood and are responsible for any fines applied during the reservation.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, simplified check-in and check-out, as well as on-site rotating parking (no fixed spaces and no reservation available). To receive access instructions, you must provide your arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and ID number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information should be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
