• Check-in from 2 PM and check-out until 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, depending on availability and subject to an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the set, it can be requested for an additional fee and with advance notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you want extra cleaning during the stay, a new fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, being responsible for any fines applied during the reservation.

If the booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
