Modern studio at Way Tambaú, just 250m from Busto Tamandaré and steps from the beach, between Tambaú and Cabo Branco. The building features a rooftop pool, gym, and 24h reception. Accommodates up to 5 guests, with a queen bed, extra bed, sofa bed, and equipped kitchen, ensuring comfort, convenience, and excellent location in João Pessoa.

• Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - subject to prior request;
• There is no linen change during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a kitchen towel and floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay in the property; no rotation or substitution of guests is permitted during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

NOTE: The Way Tambaú condominium charges additional fees for the use of some common areas and items, as follows:

- Barbecue grill: R$ 50.00
- Gourmet space: R$ 80.00
- Set of beach chairs + umbrella: R$ 15.00
- Bicycle: R$ 10.00 per hour

• The building features a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and rotating on-site parking (no designated spaces and no possibility of reservation). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of accompanying guests (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the booking is made on the same day of check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
